Chromate Conversion Coatings
  • Zinc Chromating

This process perform the same function as a superior corrosion inhibitor for your metal parts. The deposit offers good protection with a pleasing finish in itself. The process may be done in plating barrels or by racking the individual parts. Cost effective high performing corrosion protection.

  • Aluminium Chromating

Aluminum Chromate will preserve the life of a part by inhibiting corrosion and preventing oxidation that naturally forms over untreated aluminum. It provides an aesthetic benefit by improving the appearance of the metal. This finish also serves as a good base for paint, adhesives and other applications that require adhesion. This coating has low electrical contact resistance and is ideal for applications that warrant electrical conductivity
