  • Decorative Chrome Plating System HS-5010

    A unique cataylst for bright chromium plating. HS-5010 CATALYST is specially designed to be used for bright chrome plating process. This additive should be used to prepare the initial working bath along with Chrome Salt and also for regular replenishment. Higher Cathode efficiency 15-18% resulting in saving of expensive electrical power by 30-40%. Increased Wear Resistance by 20-25% results in longer life of the plated compounds. Bath operates satisfactorily within a wide range of operating parameters without affecting the deposit characteristics. Wide cathode C.D. operation 30-70 A/dm².

    A unique non-fluoride cataylst for high speed chromium plating. HENE-6000 CATALYST is specially designed to be used for hard chrome plating process. This additive should be used to prepare the initial working bath along with Chrome Salt and also for regular replenishment. Higher Cathode efficiency 23-26% resulting in saving of expensive electrical power 30-40%. Increased Wear Resistance by 20-25% results in longer life of the plated compounds. Produces micro-cracked deposits (600-1000 cracks per linear cm) resulting in better corrosion resistance. Easy to maintain the constituent of the bath. Bath operates satisfactorily within a wide range of operating parameters without affecting the deposit characteristics. Wide cathode C.D. operation 30-70 A/dm².

  • Hard Chrome Plating System Micromax-6000 (Alternate to HEEF-25)

    A unique non fluoride process for high speed hard chromium plating. Higher Cathode efficiency 23-26% resulting in saving of expensive electrical power by 30-40%. Does not create cathodic low current density etching. Hardness above 1000 vickers. Less high current burning. Increased Wear Resistance by 20-25% results in longer life of the plated components. Produces micro-cracked deposits (600-1000 cracks per linear cm) resulting in better corrosion resistance. Easy to maintain the constituent of the bath as MICROMAX-6000 is provided as a single additive and is in liquid form. Bath operates satisfactorily within a wide range of operating parameters without affecting the deposit characteristics. Wide cathode C.D. operation 30-70 A/dm². Is as good as Heef 25.
